UNLV Women’s Golf Tees Up Championship Success with Foresight Sports

At the heart of Las Vegas Country Club, innovation met ambition when the UNLV Women’s Golf Team transformed two underutilized racquetball courts into a state-of-the-art training facility. What was once empty space is now the UNLV Women’s Golf Excellence Center, a complete indoor training, simulator, and lounge environment purpose-built for player development and team culture.
Spearheaded by Head Coach Amy Bush, the team approached Foresight Sports with a clear vision: create a space that elevates performance while working within a realistic budget. Through close collaboration, our Install Design team provided a full design package tailored to the facility’s unique layout. Once approved, the project seamlessly moved into the ordering and installation phase.
The result was two fully integrated golf simulator bays, including one full custom simulator and one SIM IN A BOX® system. Powered by Foresight Sports technology, this combination gave the Rebels year-round access to tour-proven data and realistic practice conditions, all within the comfort of their own private space. The SIM IN A BOX® solution offered a more budget-friendly option without sacrificing the sleek, professional finish the team envisioned.

Following the facility’s grand opening, the team wasted no time putting it to use. The payoff was immediate. Within the same season, the UNLV Women’s Golf Team captured the 2025 Mountain West Women’s Golf Championship and earned a spot at the NCAA Regionals. Their momentum continued, earning them a coveted ticket to the NCAA Championships at La Costa. The team were also able prep for the NCAA Championships by virtually playing La Costa on their Foresight simulator, getting a leg up on course strategy before ever stepping foot on the tee.
