Oakmont Country Club, designed by Henry Fownes and opened in 1903, has hosted more major championships than any other course in the U.S., including eight U.S. Opens, five U.S. Amateurs, three PGA Championships, and two U.S. Women’s Opens. Known for its demanding layout—featuring 210 deep bunkers (including the Church Pews), fast, sloping greens, and tight fairways—Oakmont is widely considered one of the toughest tests in golf. Now available in FSX Play, this historic course has been remastered with retextured foliage, signature fairway aprons, and enhanced buildings and roadways for a more immersive playing experience.
