Poor Quality

My 2'nd gcquad charger just failed in the exact same spot. The quality of this product is not up to the standards of the launch monitor it supports. Frustrating to be on my 3rd charger in 3 years of ownership.

Burned out after less than a year

Title says it all. Stopped working before the one year mark. The markup is insane. I already paid for your GCQ and FSX software. Can I get a break on your cheap replacement parts?

I been using this power cord daily for the last 2 years everyday which require me to pack it up and store it daily due to having an outdoor enclosure. For the mount of time I’ve use it it’s been pretty durable
