Upon request, all computers sold with simulation orders will have purchased software loaded pre-shipment. This service will include a review of all Windows Operating Systems and Video Card settings to ensure the computer is pre-loaded with the recommended settings for simulation use.
Whilst Foresight Sports is not the manufacturer of these products, basic troubleshooting and setup assistance is available upon request. Any issues encountered post-shipment rendering the device unusable, whether damage or software related, will require direct assistance from the manufacturer. Foresight Sports will assist with communication to the manufacturer upon request. Please review the manufacturer warranty below for your product should you like to understand more about the service Foresight Sports is able to offer. Full Manufacturer contact information is provided within each warranty document for your reference.
Any replacement requests during warranty will need to be approved by the product manufacturer directly.
