Install & Design Manager


This is a full time, exempt position.


  • Responsibilities: The job of Install & Design Manager includes, but is not limited to these tasks and responsibilities, as the company may direct employees toward additional tasks and responsibilities as needed. 


    • Oversee the process and implementation of all Simulator Installations and Custom Simulator Designs.
    • Work closely with the Sales Team for proper Sales Order management and coordination of installs.
    • Direct Supervisor to the Install & Design Coordinator, Install & Design Specialists and Foresight Sports verified installation contractors – manage day to day responsibilities, work hours, PTO and overall work production.
    • Being the liaison between Sales and Accounting for proper Part Number selection on Sales Orders.
    • Manage lead time and timeline management for all Design Orders.
    • Manage lead time and timeline management for all Custom Home & Commercial Installations.
    • Manage delivery schedule with our Install/Design Vendors – screens, mats, acoustic panels, carpet tiles, etc.
    • Oversee and manage the communication of all tracking information for installation orders to the customer, Install/Design Team, Installation Contractor and Sales Rep.
    • Oversee and manage all Back-Ordered items pertaining to the Install/Design department – following-up with our vendors and providing status updates to the team.
    • Manage budgetary numbers for all travel costs and expenses in relation to the Install & Design Team and Contractors
    • Directs the activity of the installers and assists them with mending and initiating the major elements and structures of the dedicated job.
    • Work with the Sales Representatives on proper price quotes for any/all Custom Simulator & Design orders.
    • Help manage and oversee any/all of Foresight Sports sponsored events/tradeshows
    • Responsible for proper documentation and procedures for the Install & Design Team
    • Make sure that the company earns profits and gains on all Installation and Design orders
    • Responsible to meet target goals for number of Installations and number of Design completions in a calendar year.
    • Holding accountability for meeting the target aims and objectives of the company, specific to the locations, with regard to install & design processes.
    • Represent as a Team Leader for the Install & Design Department and attend scheduled TL Meetings.
    • May require travel to job sites, installations, tradeshows, events etc.
  • Provide the associates of the company and team members with daily inputs and creative suggestions regarding the installation methods and procedures




  • Qualifications:
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM, Slack,, and MRP Platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects or assignments, including the ability to follow assignments through to completion and meet deadlines
  • Experience with AV products and onsite installations.
  • Demonstrates tact and capable of working both with senior executives and managers of functional departments
  • Strong communication skills, and able to guide others to meet organizational objections and drive change
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and identify issues through root cause analysis
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management (Preferred but not required)


  • Regular Compensation: You will be eligible to receive a yearly salary compensation which is subject to normal withholdings, payable semi-monthly to fall on the 15th and last day of each month, by your choice of check or direct deposit.
